Bqc Global Cert Shall Strive To Communicate every possible thing related to the client’s Certification status in every Possible manner. The same shall be achieved through following means.

The various stages (as applicable) in which Bqc Global Cert shall be communicating shall be as follows.

  1. Intimation for the Audits..
  2. Auditor Release Information.
  3. Audit completion status
  4. Confirmation of the receipt of the Documents by Bqc Global Cert.
  5. Continuation of the Certifications/Release of Certificate.
  6. Occasional Wishes.
  7. Pre- Suspension Letter
  8. Suspension Letter
  9. Pre-Cancellation Letter.
  10. Cancellation Letter.
  11. Any Other Relevant Information

IMS Policy

Top Management of the Bqc Global Certifications P Ltd shall demonstrate that:

 ·         Bqc Global is committed to provide Transparent, Neutral, Independent, and Competent Management System Certification Services which reveal Veritas/truthfulness among the Business, Government & Society and Add value to its Client’s Product & Services to the ultimate customer satisfaction.

·         The Management System of Bqc Global is Established, Maintain and continually improve in accordance with the requirements of the Accreditation Board and to meet all Statutory & Regulatory Requirements in its entire process of Services to meet Accreditation Requirement.

·         Bqc Global Certifications Pvt. Ltd. will ensure that all possible “conflict of interest” situations arising out of its activities are identified and resolved timely and effectively.

·         Bqc Global shall create & maintain an environment where each employee contributes to all aspects of our business process and shall strive for continual improvement to meet with Customer Satisfaction.                                                                                                             

The above policy may be reviewed for any changes, as and when required, by the Top Management. The above policy will be prominently displayed in Bqc Global Certifications Pvt. Ltd. office, website and brochures.

Suspension Policy

The schemes operated by Bqc Global Certifications Pvt. Ltd. reflect the needs of the user and provider alike. Decisions taken must be impartial of these requirements. Whilst remaining realistic and practical, Bqc Global Cert. works according to the policies within a legislative framework and requirements of the accreditation board.

Bqc Global Certifications Pvt. Ltd. shall impose the suspension based on the conditions defined in the certification rules. The Certification shall be suspend due to the below given reasons:-

  1. If the audit is not conducted within the specified scheduled time frame.
  2. If the client fails to clear the dues/fees or any expenses incurred during the audit.
  3. The certificate shall be suspended if the standard you are complying with, is not established.

The reasons which caused suspension shall be complied within maximum of 1 month after this the suspended certificate will be withdrawn.

Communications involved before the suspension of the certification.

  1. Reminder letter.
  2. Pre-Suspension letter.
  3. Suspension Letter.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy

The schemes operated by bqc global Certifications Pvt. Ltd. reflect the needs of the user and provider alike. Decisions taken must be impartial of these requirements. Whilst remaining realistic and practical, bqc global Cert. works according to the policies within a legislative framework and requirements of the accreditation board.

bqc global Certifications Pvt. Ltd. shall impose the cancellation/Withdrawal based on the conditions defined in the certification rules. The Certification shall be cancelled/Withdrawn due to the below given reasons:-

  1. If the audit is not conducted within the specified scheduled time frame given after the suspension of the certification.
  2. If the client fails to clear the dues/fees or any expenses incurred within the given time after the suspension.
  3. The certificate shall be suspended if the standard you are complying with, is not established within the specified time after the suspension.

the client will not be able to use this certificate and the logo or any copy of the certificate any more after the cancellation of the certification as this shall become illegal and the actions can be taken by the board

bqc global Certifications Pvt. Ltd. Reserves right to publish the same in the public board/ newspapers.

Under the withdrawal of certification the organization shall return the original certification and other related documents
